Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to physical auto parts ordered through the GARAJI parts marketplace (B2B procurement and B2C public checkout). It does not apply to on-site garage services (repairs, maintenance, car wash), which are performed at the garage premises.

GARAJI Systems operates marketplace software and payment facilitation. We are not a fulfilment centre and do not warehouse or ship goods ourselves.

2. Who ships your order

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the verified parts supplier who accepted your order. Each supplier is responsible for packaging, dispatch, and delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

Supplier identity and lead-time estimates are shown on product listings and order confirmations where available.

3. Order and delivery stages

Marketplace orders typically progress through these stages:

  1. Created — order placed and awaiting supplier review
  2. Accepted — supplier confirms the order and prepares fulfilment
  3. Shipped / dispatched — goods leave the supplier with tracking or courier details
  4. Delivered — buyer confirms receipt or delivery is recorded in the system

Suppliers may reject orders before acceptance if items are unavailable or cannot be fulfilled to the stated address.

4. Shipping address and accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including city and contact phone) at checkout. GARAJI and suppliers are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Delivery methods and tracking

Suppliers may use courier services, dedicated riders, or other local delivery methods. When available, tracking information (courier name, tracking number, rider name and phone) is recorded on the order and visible to the buyer in the platform.

Public order tracking may be available via our marketplace tracking page when an order reference is provided.

6. Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times shown on listings or at checkout are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on supplier processing time, stock availability, location, and third-party logistics performance.

If your order is significantly delayed, contact the supplier through the platform or reach out to GARAJI support for assistance locating your order.

7. Delivery confirmation

An order is marked delivered when the supplier records delivery in the supplier portal or when delivery is otherwise confirmed in the system. Delivery confirmation may trigger downstream processes such as purchase records for garage buyers and supplier settlement timing.

8. Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, report the issue promptly. You may be eligible to request a return within the window described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. GARAJI may assist with dispute resolution but the supplier remains primarily responsible for fulfilment quality.
